RadarBox24 XRange Receiver

I recently received a AirNav RadarBox XRange2 receiver. After setting it up yesterday I powered it on and I am only getting a blinking amber light at the ethernet port. The green light never illuminates. I even tries a different cable just to make sure the cable is good. I also have tried other devices on my router and they connect fine no issues. Anyways I was wondering if you any of you have has this problem before. Perhaps it's just a bad unit?

Contact support@airnavsystems for guidance, they are the only ones that can assist.  What is the receivers PGANRB***** number?
