Jet2 Not showing

Hi , had a move around in my den/office, AirNav box been disconnected for a while, on turning it on I notice that Jet2 aircraft don't show up at all. I have looked through a few posts but no answers coming up. Any suggestions please.

Try updating your database as it has been off for a while.  There are plenty of Jet2 aircraft on at this time, I presume there are some around your locale during the time you have been watching the screen?
