If you have not received the automatic response with the ticket ID it means they have not received your email to them.

I will advise them of this thread.

We don't have any support requests from your email address in support. As Alan says did you get a ticket ID?

I have not recieved a ticket ID so far, what should I do next?

As you are having problems getting through, give me your email address and I will get support to contact you direct.

Thanks, seems like I am having problems getting through to support. I`m not keen on putting my email address on here though. Airnav have my email address as they sent me an email about Radarbox 24 a couple of days ago.
