Out of UWLW and heading for Moscow is LX9316 197AF1, any ideas

197AF1 might be registered Russia 97009 (from 157AF1) but nothing on it so far. Probably a new Sukhoi as it using LX code but would have thought it should have used 1F7AF1. Probably on delivery from Ulyanovsk to ZIA.

155C1D SU95 is up in the air on test flight and will be RA-89117 from hex it is pinging (ex 1F7AF8 no prefix 97016)

These Sukhoi test regs should be in db as VARIOUS

1F7AE9  97001  prototype currently stored ZIA c/n 95001
1F7AEA  97002  currently on c/n 95169
1F7AEC  97004  currently on c/n 95168
1F7AEF  97007  currently not in use

However with this mornings one being 197AF1 who knows what will happen next!

Just to be clear, as you state the test reg should be marked as VARIOUS, are you implying the registration for the hex codes given change and are not tied to the hex code therefore the registration should be marked as VARIOUS as should the c/n and the aircraft type i.e everything marked as VARIOUS apart from the hex and the operator.

Or by stating "These Sukhoi test regs should be in db as VARIOUS" are you considering only the c/n?

All but 97001/97003/97005 (and are still current being prototypes held at ZIA by Sukhoi) in the batch 97001 thru 97018 have been reused many times, same hex, same reg but different c/n and were reregistered after use of this factory reg and hex 1F7A** so VARIOUS in c/n column would cover for this anomoly.

PS However yesterdays 197AF1 throws a spanner in the works :) if it is 97009 as it should be 1F7AF1!

New Chinese hex, I assume f/n routing ex KLAX is wrong as it is ex Toulouse so an Air China delivery probably B-304E Airbus A320-214 c/n 8462
