Thanks again Terry,  I presume that these are from EC.  I also not that while they are shown as Global Jet they fly using the registration as flight ID and don't use a Global Jet flight ID.  An example is M-AAAL on this time and even showing the ALM logo.  Guess its something used to get round the RVSM requirements.

Despite hundreds of aircraft showing on eurocontrol as IGA not one IGA flight ID is showing on the network

11-02-2018 Updated file in attach.

Yesterday I rebuilt all my 1st floor Ecoflex 10 cable instalation and all connectors where verified in detail.

The best range at this moment is around 60 NM, amplifier is working but later I'll check values. However after this "check up" I think that low range problem doesn't have nothing to do with my equipment.

Probably I'm dealing with a new physical obstacle somewhere or a radio interference because in summer my maximum range was 160 NM and actually meteo conditions are good, parcial cloudy but no rain.

Alan

Very strange indeed, however as amp is working fine now I can pick up flights until 70 NM (better than nothing) but this still a mistery to me because there's no more visual problems with equipment, "N" connectors were correctly assembled and mass cable (that was missed in last time) is plugged in the correct way, if it wasn't I coudn't pick up any flight (I suppose) !!!

Before 2nd equipment crash after over cable cut when I thought problem was solved my range was 133,79 NM.

There must be something hided somewhere that is blocking my full range, the only change I made was the replacement of one original old "N" solded conector from my Wimo antena by one not solded supplied by SSB too.

If low range persist I will try to replace the old "N" connector...who knows it solve the problem ?

Carlos

Give your antenna a good look into as well, make sure no water has entered it.

Evening Terry

Executive Flight Operations is the corporate flight department of The Boeing Company based in Gary, Indiana. EFO operates four Challengers and three BBJ 737s to fly the company’s executives around the world.

As these are different from the normal Boeings Company ones in the database, these ones are for internal company flights as opposed to Boeing airliners on test flights, returned from airlines or getting ready to go to airlines I have entered them in the d/b as Boeing Executive Flight Operations

Thanks again

Alan

Carlos,

the amp itself could have been damaged too. If it starts producing more "noise" it will have bad impact on reception range and messages received.

What types of N-connectors are you using. I once had a contact problem with the inner conductor inside the N-connector.
