I would have thought this should be RA-72939 which was an An72 36572080780 but that was last reported as being Angolan D2-MBW (was ES-NOK/ER-AVE). I know my An-72 file is not quite up too date but do you have anything on this reg (reuse/return/miscoding old hex etc??)

No idea on 1F1CEB.  My d/b shows that RA-72939 went onto become D2-MBW as you suggest and it indicates still current as such.

The first time I've received D-MVVY was on August 9th 2017. Yesterday was the second time I received it.

Maybe it's the same type as D-MVVZ and maybe both aircraft are owned/operated by same aeroclub or flight school or whatever. But on the other hand, there was about one hour between the two receptions: D-MVVY @ 15:09 UTC and D-MVVZ miscoded @14:11 UTC
