Alan, can you tell me which is the best antenna pls, i have tried my discone what i use foe scanning, but it has a long coax to the house, not much good, at the moment i am using a 2mtr 70cms colinier, which is bringing in max 10 my flights, i am also using a moonraker mrp2000, 25 to 2000 mhz preamp, would you reccomend the radiorama or the radar extender  colinier, thank's once again.  jeff.

Jeff, antennas are not my thing, you will be better getting the info from someone else who knows about these things and I am sure someone will be along with advice soon.  I do know however that you need to get one that is designed specifically for 1090mhz.
