Unable to validate shiptrax

Hi my shiptrax was working fine until dec when you had your server down . I have just tried to use it and it goes through the start up screen and when I press start to run the program a windows box comes up saying due to security it must be validated every 15 days . The only option is to close this box. Then I can go no further??

I have a perfect fast broadband connection??
