Dual ICAO usage :

FXP - FlyValan (Romania) a new start up with partner airline known as FlyCompass (Romania)           http://flyvalan.com/
(Note that both companies are currently using ICAO code 'FXP'. We have the FlyCompass logo under that ICAO code already. It is not known at this time if FlyValan will be operating in the future with a different ICAO code).

I've done the FlyValan logo with a changed name, so that people can download it anyway and then rename it if they wish. If the situation changes I can 'officially' rename it.
