Thanks to Nigel Howarth on the mode-s forum, looks like it is c/n 5189 ex G-YAAZ de-registered to Germany last week but nothing confirmed as yet but same colour scheme thought.  http://www.plane-mad.com/aviation-photos/view/private/gulfstream-iii-iv-v/london-luton/10806.html

Quiet a story developing here: G-YAAZ was the former D-AAAM (http://www.flugzeugbilder.de/show.php?id=836605). And gues what: when it still was D-AAAM, it flew for DC Aviation. So may be (or may be not) it is back with DC Aviation but just with a different reg. But this way the matching paint of the DC Aviation Global 5000 makes more sense.
