I am seeing military aircraft  all night,  UK army zg997 squawk 7031 and gazl squawk 0703, must be some sort of exercise, its now 00.30am Wednesday
Using the Canon 10x30 IS Binoculars with Image Stabilisation, Brilliant job on a clear day.

Locally based and fairly frequent; probably not "an exercise" as such but operational.
