No A/C models

I have just installed Radar box 3D , on a brand new HP Laptop with Windows 7 and a slightly older PC with Vista.  On neither machine can I get Aircraft models in 3d, only coloured balls and the label info.  I have checked the correct box in 3 d settings, but nothing changes.  Has anyone had this problem and how did you solve it, many thanks, regards, wdpettett.

What have you set your 3D settings too?

Hardware is at Medium and Network at Minimum as recomennded on settings and the show 3d models box is checked regards, Duncan Pettett

I have set the settings to Maximum and for a while had 3d A/C complete with colours schemes.  Now when I zoom in , the A/C dissapear and all that is left is the white vertical line coming up from the gound and the label info.  When I zoom back out there is the different coloured A/C icons, but on zooming back in these icons dissapear again, regards, Duncan Pettett.
