I am most certainly a newbie so please be gentle.
Today's AF 026 from Paris (CDG) to Washington (IAD) is showing as headed east rather than west on flightstats.com, which I understand uses AirNav technology.
Anyone know what's up? I am concerned because loved ones are on the flight. I know very little about flight tracking, except that it has been largely accurate any other time I have used it.
I guess my question is whether this sometimes/occasionally happens and whether it is an error.
Sorry if this is too basic a question - just looking for some answers.
