Hello Alan

Thanks for the info. They must have been further north than Inverness when we got them as Inverness is quite a dead signal area for us to get them at that altitude. To get aircraft below 25,000ft over Inverness is quite a rarity for us.

I believe I saw a Tu154 at around FL180 at 12.14 descending into Brize Norton, however, no Tu154 was showing in My Flights.  I'm sure it was a 154 - white tail with red motif - poss flag on it.  Any clues?

It was an Open Skies Flt OSY33. This should be the one.http://www.airliners.net/photo/Yuri-A-Gagarin/Tupolev-Tu-154M-LK-1/1427635/L/&sid=2beef1d7385e6eb3dc48b10275ace1d2

Many thanks for that Alan.  I'm bemused as to why nothing would show on my RB 'My Flights' despite Alerts for Tu154's - not surprised that it would not show on map but why not in My Log or My Flights?

Alan

I looked for every and any indication that it was showing on the RB but despite passing me at around FL180 and only 15 miles away with loads of other traffic in the area, nothing showed so perhaps your explanation explains it.

Noticed this a/c earlier. Have no idea where it was going, appeared to be heading South. Also sure it had just appeared earlier in the Mid Indian ocean area. Also have noticed on several occasions these type of a/c plot at constantly changing flight levels.
Was 32 NM SSW of YPPH.......where the sun shines.
Previously 31NM NNW of EGCC....where it didn't shine!
Now back near EGCC, Oh, how I miss the sun!!!

Hi

Try this website http://www.dtvmovements.co.uk/info/UKModeSMil.htm

If they are not populating check you have the latest database and if you have go to 'database update requests' and ask Alan to include them.
