Erratic Callsign

I get this roughly once a day from different aircraft...

I have noticed a specific aircraft consistently does this - SAA had a B744 also (ZS-SBK I think) that did the same...

Any ideas as to how the callsign is changing so often? Anybody else getting similar stuff?
