NEED HELP FROM AIRNAV - SERIAL NUMBER ISSUES

I sent airnav two emails requesting my original serial number to upgrade my 3-D CD that I have but no response. Sorry but, asking for a serial number on the outside of the original box is kinda crazy since most of us throw that away!! The upgrade asks for the email address, 3-D serial umber on the sleeve, and serial number on the original box.

My email adress is from pc2inc@juno.com - please respond with my serial number...tnx

This is the most time consumming upgrade because you have the security wrapped too tight!

We have just checked and we did reply to your emails, check your spam settings. Did you receive the ticket id emails as well?

Also the serial number is shown on your RadarBox (underside) not on the packaging box.
