BUG upgrade version 3.13 to 4.03 RADARBOX 3D

bonjour

j'ai télécharge la version 3D 4.03 ensuite j'ai payé et la rien ne fonctionne la 3D ne marche que en version démo alors que cela ma couté 99€
merci de m'aider je n'ai recu aucun code suite a mon paiement

I downloaded version 4.03 then 3D and I paid nothing
3D works only works in demo while it cost me
99 €

The same for me...

I have buy 3D Thursday morning and on this saturday afternoon I never look the 3D.
When I open the application I can see the 3D menu, I can see the 3D mode in démo BUT when I use the radarbox in real time, the 3D menu disappear and I can't see 3D models.

Why? What's happen? What can i do to see the 3D?

Please give me some help!!!

These situations usually happen because users didn't enter the correct serial number on the upgrade page thus causing the system not to know which box to upgrade.

When they happen contact our support with your serial number and we will manually enter it on our system.

I am experiencing the same problem as many of you - upgrading from version 3.13 to 3d Version 4.03.  3D appears in the menu before you click the start button.  After you click start and the program is running, there is no 3D option.  I contacted tech support several days ago.  The initial response I received was that he did not understand the problem and needed more nformation.  I then sent 2 screenshots and a follow up email.  To date I have not received a response.  Reading through the forum messages, it looks like someone from AirNavSystems said the tech has been off for 3 days and will be gone for an additional 4 days.  So, they have our money and we have a product that is not working as designed until resolved.  I am confident that it will get resolved, but it will be on AirNavSystems schedule.

One additional bit of info.  In the only response that I did receive in which the tech said that he did not understand the problem and needed more information, he also stated that my subscription info was correct.

If any of you guys are still having this problem, please send me an email directly with your RB username and I'll see if I can figure out what's going on - [email protected] . Also, be sure that your PC is connected to the internet when starting up RadarBox when using 3D, because the authentication makes a request to the server to validate 3D when starting up. If no internet is detected, it will default to 2D mode only.

why work in demo mode?

the internet connection is there and it is not working.

I think I paid for an option that does not work and that didn't AirNav ways to solve this problem.

best would be to reimburse customers.

Sounds like a "re-authenticate" button or menu entry would be a useful feature.

Hi at all,

Now my 3D view is ok.
To use this option, I must to open the software in administrator statut in vista.
Try to do the same to use the 3d option.

 that came from the fact that the software was not registered by the team
support.
