IL76 504D00 - What is it ?

This morning I picked up IL76 on Airnav showing 504D00 with reg ER-IBV. An SBS picked the same aicraft up as UP17627. I am informed that the flight was showing the aircraft as 4L-SKL.

Any ideas to this aircrafts current identity would be very welcome.
