Did not surprise me. Unreliable and inconvenient scheduling (who wants to get up in the middle of the night for a 06.15 departure from Glasgow to Alicante for example), inconvenient destinations (Hamilton if going to Toronto and not Pearson) although advertised as being Toronto (Hamilton), it's at least an 1 hour from Toronto. Poor reputation, in general, although the 2009 summer season wasn't quite as bad as the 2008 shambles. However, once the damage is done, it's done. Just feel sorry for those people who have had their Christmas/New Year holiday arrangements ruined.
