Database on new ANRB software version
« on: October 19, 2009, 07:53:06 PM »
Hi to all

I would like to know if data from the actual ANRB Database is going to be saved in new software version.

Since begining I have made a lot of manual updates and would like to have them in the new version.

Carlos - there's been no talk of a new database, so as far as I know your data is safe.

Unfortunately, no matter how good your local database is, network users don't get the benefit of it.  All they see is the data transmitted from the aircraft you are picking up.

Hi Dave

I was convince that aircraft type, description and some routes picked up by my antena and showed in the network were the ones from my database.

I know there's a lot of daily auto updates but by other way there's a lot of routes that are manualy done.
