Flight Calibration Service
« on: October 09, 2009, 12:51:28 PM »
Hi,

Last 3 days lots of flights from "Flight Calibration Service", FCK411, reg. D-CFMD
over Geilenkirchen Nato AB (ETNG).

Am I right in assuming that they'll do tests of equipment on this base,
flying over and over ETNG again, alt. from 900  - 500 ft. ???

Jannuh,

Here is a good website for Flight Precision here in the UK.  It lists just what they do.  They flight check all nav aids, radars and approach procedures.

Made me look for the Flight Calibration Service website..

There is an interesting doc on their download page about Mode-S testflights.
