Heading for OTT Leuchars on the TACAN route is KC-10A 79-0434 CLEAN 81 which should have 4 Raptors with it.

According to the USAF call sign list, LOBO is used for aircraft relating to 4 different bases :

LOBO01 161530 C-9B did climb from 22500 to 30000 feet close to the south German/Swiss Border today. It is still active with VMR-1
