The new map upgrade.

I think the new looking maps on the web page is a vast improvement, but a Biz jet on a laptop is so small one can just about see it.

All the aircraft icons are quite small and indistinct no matter the screen size

I don`t have the aircraft labels showing anymore even though the setting is on and my present location is in the middle of a field in Dorset. Is there no facility for setting up a map as in the original?

It should but I guess they are still working on it.  I have advised on the issue of settings not sticking as they were when restarted and other issues

For a moment thought this was about the the Radarbox box software but them realized it was regarding RadarBox24.  So logged in and had a look.  However once logged in the the map is bright but immediately gets an overlay that makes everything dimmer and darker.  Like its almost greyed out.  Does anyone no what is causing this.

When I expand  the map out.  The new areas for instant bright they immediately get overlayed

Am not seeing an overlay Graham.  What map type are you using and what map brightness are you on as it is possible that you are needing to adjust the default brightness setting.

Can you attach a screenshot as that might help figure it out.

Try going to Map Options/Brightness and move the slider left to brighten from the default setting

They only block the ones on the FAA block list issued each month.
