LOCK COMSTATION

good morning, I would like to know why I have never appeared in green connections and now it appears blocked, what is happening, I have never been able to use the software.

You require to connect though your network connection, did you do that?  As I don't have a comstation I have no idea how it is done.  The comstation is designed to feed data to RB24.

Maybe support can advise.

Have you tried to connect via your home network.

Please advise the ticket number of your automatic reply fro mthem and I will get them to contact you.  They should reply to you within 24 hours
