FYI my Performance issues

Just an update.  I posted this in another thread

I believe the cause was the map I was using.  Sometime ago I took a default map changed the position a little and saved it as a map to re use.  And re used this as my default  It seems my performance issues occured whilst I was using this custom created map.  When I go back to one of the default maps my screen refresh performance is back to acceptable levels.

Also my system continually crashed.  I have found this coinsided with my Kaspersky AV software scanning the system.  I have excluded the Airnav directories from being scannned and this seems to have resloved that problem.  Will just have to do a manual scan of the excluded dirs every now and then.
