Intresting, aircraft won't be holding at that heigh and speed seems reduced.

Did his squwak code change?

Last night Heathrow tower had to be evacuated due to a fire alarm and it caused aircraft to hold at some odd locations. It may be that they were holding this far away waiting for something to happen. A few aircraft did divert to Stansted
