Good morning,
why i'm not able to send report by Airnav Radarbox pro?
I get this message:send failed ,control antivirus and firewall.
I' ve no antivirus installed on pc,i had Kaspersky but removed for problems with some programs,what have i to do?

I had the same problem for at least one year.

It must be something to do with your set up as I see some on mode-s forum each day and I can send ok to the forum

My ANRB could send the report through my ISP mail server for many years before. But since last year, suddenly I got the message "Message sending failed. Please check background software (anti-virus / firewall) and try again later."

I didn't do anything on my computer and it was running 24/7. 

To verify it's not the anti-virus and firewall problem, I re-installed the OS and ran ANRB software only on my computer. No anti-virus installed, no firewall service enabled. I still got the same message "Message sending failed. Please check background software (anti-virus / firewall) and try again later."

I am very sure the problem is not caused by anti-virus and firewall.

contact support@airnavsystems.com for advice. As I said I can send reports without any problems and I know others can as well as I see them daily.  ISP related??

I just sent a report to myself using the Airnav server and it arrived within seconds of me sending it, a small portion of it below.
