Website - sloooow

The website page https://www.radarbox24.com/ that displays the flights is very slow to update. The tiles themselves take forever to populate and the planes are barely moving.
That's happening even if I select to display only the planes from my radar station. Firefox/Mozilla and Brave browsers.
Is this everyone's experience or is just me?

Other tracking  websites are much better at this.

What did support advise when you contacted them regarding your issue?  I am using Chrome and they appear to move ok at least on the main screen
