Same I wasn't expecting to track it! I saw it takeoff on the official website and I turned on AirNav and didn't see anything. Then it just popped up right before I popped out :)

hi.Pinza/Locarno1
That's the press convergence over,  Pinza i really enjoyed the last 5 hours with my airnav box tracking the 787, and the Boeing site was a bonus.
I will always remember this day for a long time, thanks again airnav for a great product.
from pat in Ireland.
ps:
My dinner was ready 3 hours ago,  and the wife is going mad,  not to mention the dog is looking for his walk, HELP.

Hi Pat,

I too need my bed - hope your dog lasted out for it's evening walk and wife is still talking to you in the morning.

Seriously, though, tonight's test flight demonstrated all the best that AirNav's hardware, software and forum can produce when used in combination.

Many thanks to all concerned!

Chris/Pinza

All,

I was lucky enough to connect upto some hotel internet as I am in Manchester, UK for a few days near the airport :) So I connected up and watched the takeoff. I then went out for supper and came back in time to watch it fly around for a bit on AirNav and then watch it land on the site. Really great show by Boeing and very interesting Press Conference afterwards.

Good that you guys enjoyed it,

Tristan
