Title: Satellite shortcut

Just a thought - now that the Satellite images are so good, I think I'll use them more. It's frustrating that in full-screen map view, we can't get to any menus, so how about a keyboard shortcut (perhaps CTRL-D) to perform the Map...Satellite...Download command?

Thanks for doing that Dev - it's wonderful. And I see you've updated the menu with Ctrl-D.

Shame it's still losing the satellite image when we go back to normal view ;-)
