Title: Zoom feature
Post by: HeathrowCam - Support on April 25, 2009, 11:05:57 AM
The zoom feature tends to get overlooked.

Sitting behind the main photo is a much bigger hi-res photo so you can zoom in on the registration for a/c on 27R.

The zoom needs the Java browser plug-in which is really easy to install.

After clicking the zoom on link above the photo the photo will load up. You then use the up and down arrow keys to zoom in and out and use the mouse to move around the photo.

Is there a way that the zoom will remain "on" even when i change photos? like you had in the old site?

No but maybe I could add this as an extra option.

I am sure I have the Java installed but often on zoom the reg is blurred so unreadable, I can get most numbers via the Radar but have noticed often smaller a/c don't come up on the Radar inc SAS MD80s, how do I find out if I have Java installed please?
This is now my number one site thx

Hi Simon.

It sounds like you have the Java Plugin installed ok.

I'll check the camera asap as it could need the focus tweaked since I moved the camera a few week ago.
