Title: RB standard twig
Post by: CoastGuardJon on March 01, 2009, 12:20:31 PM
With just the supplied twig, stuck out the window attached to an old brake disc, on flat room above, I've logged 128 in 1hr 15mins, my best hit rate to date!

John,

Imagine how many more you would get with a new brake disk. Or the whole car even. :o))

What frequency would he have been on, he was directly overhead, tracking east to west.
Thanks.

No, my wife's laptop battery had died and was plugged in to re-charge, by that time.    I have to say I've been very impressed with the number of hits today - what would it've been with the lovely new Watson Radar Extender that I've got waiting to be erected when I have time + I've zilch coverage to the east because of the roof ridge behind.
