Hi there,
Not directly connected to radarBox but I am guessing that some of you guys will be using a Weather Station of some sort?
Does anyone have any experience of either the Watson W-8681 or MyDel WX2008 Weather Stations?
Any other hardware on the market that I should be looking at (tarbat)?
Recommendations/experiences (good & bad) gratefully received.
Thanks & regards,

I use a TFA Nexus (http://www.meteorologica.co.uk/product.asp?numPageStartPosition=1&P_ID=306&strPageHistory=&strKeywords=&strSearchCriteria=&PT_ID=84) and I'm very happy with it. All the sensors are separate so you can locate them in the best spot, and they're all wireless. I bought mine from http://www.meteorologica.co.uk/
It can connect to your PC over USB, although I just connect mine up once a week to capture the weather logs.
Any questions, just ask.
Some pictures/screen-shots on my blog:

Thanks for the reply Chris,
The TFA Nexus software screenshot looks good being clear & uncluttered.
Have been looking around and there seems to be a lot of 'rubbish' out there.
The Davis weather stations look good but they are not exactly cheap.
Like the idea of solar powered sensors though...:-)
I won't punt for one today as I am going to do a bit of research first.
Going to pick up a couple of RB's later today along with the UBox hopefully.
Kind regards,

I have a wireless fan-aspirated Davis Pro 2 set up here in France, also a Boltek lightning detector system. Meteorology and aviation keep me occupied for hours, much to Mrs. DC's dismay...

Ah, but she has no idea where my mind may be...
(Come to think of it, nor have I. Must have lost it...)
