HI - I have a Windows 10 laptop and i cannot get RB to remember my userid/password ... what are the steps needed to do this?
Thanks,
Tony

Is this for the Radarbox software or for Radarbox24?

Radarbox

I presume that you are using a stick
With my stick I just used the id and password from my original radarbox so I am not aware of the process for a new user
You need to be connected to the internet for the first connection.
Do you have an account set up already, if not contact support and have it verified and it should then be OK [email protected]

Run the software with admin mode and it should save those.

I am running as Adminstrator already. It is not remembering the details. Any other suggestions? Perhaps a detailed set of steps?
Thanks.

What details are you using, did you set up an account and use the details from it

Yes - i am using my AirNavRB user name and password provided. I have had the RB account for many years. User name is 'PGAN.....'

If it is the details that came with the original box, they should be ok for the stick. I have no idea why they don't save as the log in details should be saved into the registry in HKEY CURRENT USER/Software/Airnav Systems and should be looked for in there every time you start up. If you don't mind looking into the registry have a look and see it the details are set ok
Did you install the software to program files or the recommended C:Airnav?
Try installing the original software that came with the box first, open up with it, once its working ok then install the new software over the top

See Attached image of registry values.

Same as my set up. If you go back up the tree to Airnav Systems I have default, Email and Password set there as well, confirm you are the same

Added the registry entries at the AirNav Systems level ... still not remembering the details.
Did i put them in the correct place?
